DASURECO held its 42nd Annual General Membership Assembly, featuring the formal installation of elected district directors. The oath-taking ceremony was administered over by Atty. Anatolio N. Avila, Jr., Chairman of the District Electric Cooperative Management Committee (DECOM), with Board President Atty. Glenn Solana, CPA of Sta. Cruz District is overseeing the activity. 

Re-elected directors Jeanette Sarno (Hagonoy District), Kenneth Lance Rubio (Malalag District), and Raul Razonable (Padada District) were sworn in alongside newly elected directors Ma. Lida Evangelista (Digos South District) and Dr. Ruben Caligner (Malita/JAS/Sarangani District).

Following the ceremony, Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) participated in a business meeting led by Board President Atty. Glenn Solana. Board Secretary Director Arnold Baring and the members of the board demonstrated their support and active involvement. DASURECO management, headed by General Manager Engr. Jerry D. Morastil, PEE, presented the 2023 annual report via an audio-visual presentation. Project Supervisor Atty. Emil Cuyugan of the National Electrification Administration was also in attendance. Key discussions focused on the approval of the capital expenditure and the presentation of the 2023 annual report.

This assembly highlights DASURECO’s ongoing commitment to transparent governance and effective management in serving its MCOs.
